New versions of the SAU Nordic Database for Bastian, CadnaB and SONarchitect

The new database contains data for damping strips from RothoBlaas and a new raised floor from Vibratec.
The damping strips have been tested in a two storey building at the university of Innsbruck which compare well to simulations in Bastian. The Vibratec VT-dBlock has been tested both in the lab of Sintef in Oslo and in the field (by Brekke and Strand).
